LA RÉVOLUTION DÉLICIEUSE
« Changez le climat dans votre assiette ! » un parcours photo-pédagogique d’Alain Fouray qui nous invite à traverser 4 saisons, au coeur des fruits et légumes, en portant un autre regard sur la richesse et la beauté des produits naturels. L’alimentation et le climat sont des sujets de préoccupation majeurs, ils sont liés. Consommer local, végétal et de saison constitue le trio gagnant d’une alimentation goûteuse et pauvre en carbone.
Avec Béatrice Fouray, ce projet a vu le jour grâce à une belle rencontre et collaboration avec des chefs engagés, François Pasteau, Jacques Marcon, David Royer, Nadia Sammut, leurs producteurs et Paule Masson, journaliste.

THE DELICIOUS REVOLUTION
« Change the climate on your plate! » a photo-educational journey by Alain Fouray that invites us to travel through 4 seasons, at the heart of fruits and vegetables, by taking another look at the richness and beauty of natural products. Food and climate are major concerns, they are linked. Consuming local, plant-based and seasonal products is the winning trio for a tasty and low-carbon diet. With Béatrice Fouray, this project was born thanks to a wonderful meeting and collaboration with committed chefs, François Pasteau, Jacques Marcon, David Royer, Nadia Sammut, their producers and Paule Masson, journalist.
